Shipping Destinations

Starryhomely currently ships only to the following destinations:

• United States
• Canada
• Mexico

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facilities in the United States.
Orders with delivery addresses outside these destinations cannot be completed at checkout.

United States

Estimated transit time: 7–20 business days
Orders of US$50 or more: Free shipping
Orders below US$50: US$7.00

Canada

Estimated transit time: 10–30 business days
Orders of US$50 or more: Free shipping
Orders below US$50: US$8.00

Mexico

Estimated transit time: 20–30 business days
Orders of US$50 or more: Free shipping
Orders below US$50: US$12.00

All shipping rates are displayed in US dollars.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the period between receiving your order and handing it over to the shipping carrier.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Processing may take longer during peak sales periods, public holidays, or when an item requires additional quality inspection. If an item becomes unavailable or significantly delayed, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

The estimated dispatch date for a pre-order item will be displayed on its product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the available items separately or dispatch the complete order after the pre-order item becomes available.

If an order contains multiple pre-order items, the estimated dispatch time may be based on the item with the latest availability date.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Transit times begin when the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed. Total delivery time consists of:

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

After your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

You can also sign in to your customer account and open the “Orders” section to review your order status.

An order containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. When this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a shipment is refused because of customs duties or import taxes, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by applicable law.

We cannot declare an order as a gift or declare a value lower than the actual purchase price.
